The details you type into a form, so somebody can reply. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers.

Scope

This policy covers geodi.ca, the marketing website for the GEODI platform.

It does not cover a GEODI installation running inside your own environment. Where you deploy the software on your infrastructure, your organization controls that data and your own policy applies to it.

What we collect: Name, email, organization and message content when you submit a form. Nothing else, and no profile is built behind it.
Server logs: Standard request data including IP address and browser user agent, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why: To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, or process a partner deal registration.
Legal basis: Your express consent, given by the checkbox on each form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Storage location: Website data is held on infrastructure in Canada.
Sharing: Enquiry details are shared only with the team handling your request. Nothing is sold or passed to advertisers.
Processors: Any third party used for email delivery or form handling is named here before it goes live.
Cookies: Only what the site needs to function. If analytics are added, this section will name the tool and its retention period first.

Storage and processors

Two items on this page are marked for confirmation before publication: the hosting region and any processor handling form submissions. Both are named here once settled, since a vague answer on a privacy page from a data protection vendor would be a poor look.
